David was not only professional and competent but also warm and human. A trusted friend/lender recommended Dave. Our previous agent had been a little lazy and we wanted to make sure we got someone who would get the job done right! From our first communications, Dave was ready to go. He got us great exposure selling and helped us weed through the potential purchase options. Dave proposed a pricing strategy that was not even discussed with any of the other 3 agents we interviewed to sell the property. He backed it up with marketing and a very large network. With that strategy, we were able to get a record high sales price that was $44,500 higher than another property that closed escrow on the same day as our sale. That property was the exact same floor plan, in excellent condition, in the Influential Townhomes, with a very comparable location. Our end result was a home run! Ours was the highest sales price in the complex and it happened in a very short period of time.
